Camden County Senior Center

Camden County Senior Center

The Camden County Senior Center is a public recreation facility designed to meet the needs of our older adult population in Camden County and is operated by the Camden County Public Service Authority (PSA). Through participation and volunteerism, the Center strives to create a place where seniors can socialize and feel a sense of independence. Open to adults age 60 and older, the Senior Center is located in the renovated Ralph Bunche Complex at 1501 Georgia Avenue in Woodbine.

We offer a senior program to seniors who live in the Camden County area. Our center is located in the renovated Ralph Bunch Complex in Woodbine. For directions, you may call us at 912-729-1945 between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. We partner with Coastal Regional Commission Area Agency on Aging to provide a hot lunch and, if needed, transportation to the center.

The seniors get together daily from 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m for exercise, outings, quilting, sharing of stories and talents, and many other activities. We ask that you be present at the center by 10:30 a.m. to be eligible for the lunch program. You must attend the center at least three times per week to be eligible for any of our field trips and meal outings.

If you would like a calendar of the scheduled activities for the month, or if you to find out more about our different programs, please call 912-729-1945. More information is also available on the Seniors page on the Camden County PSA website
