Camden County residents should be prepared for the possibility of a COVID-19 outbreak in our community. Residents can take measures to reduce the spread of COVID-19.
Currently a vaccine or drug is not available for COVID-19. Individuals can practice everyday prevention measures like frequent hand washing, staying home when sick, and covering coughs and sneezes.
Beginning Friday, March 20, 2020, the Government Services Complex in Woodbine and the Annex Building in Kingsland are temporarily closed to the public for the duration of the State of Georgia’s Declaration of Public Health State of Emergency. All Camden County residents are strongly encouraged to conduct business through online options. The health and safety of our residents and employees is our priority and all citizens are urged to follow guidelines from the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) in order to slow the spread of COVID-19.
