Marriage Licenses:
Our Judge will NOT be performing any Marriage Ceremonies until further notice. If you are not a Camden County resident or an active duty member of Kings Bay Naval Base, Camden County Probate will NOT issue you a Marriage License at this time. Camden County residents and current active duty members of Kings Bay Naval Base may obtain a Marriage License by appointment ONLY. Please call the Probate Court at 912-576-3785 to schedule an appointment before you complete the application online.
Traffic Court:
Court dates have been rescheduled and notices have been mailed to the address on your citation. If you have any questions regarding your case please call the Probate Court at 912-576-3785.
To pay your citation you may go online to EZCOURTPAY.COM or call 1-800-262-0128 (you must have your citation number available)

Probate/Guardianships/Years Support:
These cases are still being accepted for filing via mail only. The standard forms for filing are found online. If you have any questions, please call the Probate Court at 912-576-3785.

These OTA/Emergency Orders are still being handled by appointment. Please call the Probate Court to schedule an appointment for these matters.
Vital Records:
Birth Certificates and Death Certificates can be requested via mail only. Certified copies of marriage records can be requested via mail or online.
