“We are pleased to welcome Matt to Camden County Facilities Maintenance,” said County Administrator Steve Howard. “He brings a wealth of experience from his service in the U.S. Navy to the citizens of Camden County.”
Mr. Zink spent over 20 years in the U.S. Navy, including nearly five years at Naval Submarine Base Kings Bay, before retiring as a Chief Petty Officer. He is experienced in training and program development as well as operations management.
Mr. Zink has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration—Green and Sustainable Management from Liberty University. Additionally, Matt received a Navy Commendation Medal, Navy Achievement Medals, and a Volunteer Service Medal during his service career. Mr. Zink and his family have called Camden County home since 2016 and are volunteers at Harbor Worship Center. He began his tenure with Camden County in late December 2020.
