On June 5th, 2020 the Camden County Board of Assessors mailed the state-required annual assessment notice to all people who own real and taxable personal property in Camden County. The last day to file an appeal will be July 20, 2020.

Camden County homeowners are entitled to a property tax exemption. A homestead exemption is available to property owners who own and occupy their residence as of January 1st of each taxable year.
This exemption is only granted on the primary residence and not more than five contiguous acres of land surrounding it.
