1. I want to apply for a job, but the position is not open.

The County accepts applications for open positions only.

To be considered for any Camden County job opportunity, there must be an open position. All applications must be submitted online through the link on the Employment Opportunities page.

Due to the volume of inquiries we receive, we cannot keep resumes on file, and we can only accept applications for positions which are currently open.

7. How often is this information updated?

Job vacancy information on the web is updated daily. Please note that the availability of each position is subject to change at any time.

8. How long after I apply might I be called for an interview?

The time varies depending on the department involved; however, it usually takes 2 - 3 weeks after the closing date on the job to conduct interviews and reach a hiring decision. The Human Resources Division will notify the applicants to be interviewed.
