What do I do if my driveway culvert needs to be replaced?

Contact a local contractor that replaces driveway culverts and performs driveway repairs.  Contact the Public Works office to obtain a Driveway Permit for repairs/maintenance.  After the repairs have been completed contact the public works office again for inspection.
