How can I protect my driveway and culvert?
  1. Always be aware of water running or erosion starting on the sides of your driveway.  Water will always follow the path of least resistance.
  2. Make sure to inspect the sides of your driveway and around your culvert after a heavy rain event.
  3. Contact a contractor to inspect your driveway if you see cracking, make necessary repairs quickly.
  4. Make sure your driveway is installed per standard specifications and that you use a licensed contractor.
  5. Concrete driveways should be a minimum of 6” in depth.
